I've spent my career figuring out why things work, and why they don't.

Not because I planned a route, but because I've always been curious about the mechanics. Why customers connect with one business and ignore another. Why some teams create energy while others stall. Why the same plan works in one place and fails in the next.

I have a bachelor's in fashion management. I built and ran my own store with its own atelier, and worked with municipalities on community programmes alongside it. I led teams and bought for a high-end retailer. Today I work in sales and operations.

Owner. Buyer. Manager. Seller. Operator.

Between those roles, I've seen most sides of the table. What I've learned is that most problems aren't where people think they are.

Poor sales can look like a product problem when it's really an experience problem. A team problem can start with leadership. A process problem can have very little to do with the process.
