I spot what's
broken.
I fix it.
Physical retail is won or lost in the details. The product that's placed wrong. The staff member who's present but not really there. The atmosphere that almost works but doesn't quite land. These things are invisible to the people inside every day - and expensive to ignore.
I help retail brands close the gap between what they intend and what customers actually experience. Across product, people, and place.
Ik help retailmerken de kloof te dichten tussen wat ze bedoelen en wat klanten daadwerkelijk ervaren. Op het vlak van product, mensen en plek.
What I do
Diagnose
I walk your store as a customer first - no clipboard, no introduction. Years in the industry mean I notice what's actually happening on the floor: whether your team feels like brand ambassadors or just people doing a job. Whether the product tells the story you think it does. What a real customer experiences, not what you assume they experience.
Strategise
Before I share anything, I want to know what you think is going on - what brought you to pick up the phone. Then I compare that to what I saw on the floor, as a customer, with no agenda. Sometimes the two match completely, and that's useful too - it confirms where to focus. Often there's a gap, and that gap is usually where the real problem lives. Either way, the plan we build is based on what's actually true, not just what's assumed.
Fix
The fix depends on what the diagnosis shows - there's no one-size-fits-all solution. It might mean training your sales team on the floor, adjusting what's in the store and how it's presented, or working with leadership on how decisions translate down to the people who face your customers every day. Whatever it is, it comes directly from what we found - not from a standard playbook.
Got a problem?
Good. Let's talk.
I don't do vague. If you've got something that isn't working, I want to hear about it.
